Waterjet cutting is more efficient than any other cutting method. Lay multiple layers of material on top of each other and cut them all at the same time. This is called stacking. The cost and time savings are 1/4 what it would cost to cut all four separately.

Waterjet is capable of highly intricate cuts with tolerances of +-.005”. Cutting tolerance dictates how accurate (or inaccurate) the cutting process is. The lower the tolerance, the higher the cutting accuracy.
